Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) Resignation of President North America

On March 20, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), Mr. Troy Brown, President North America of Zumiez Inc. (the “Company”), gave notice of his decision to retire from the Company. Mr. Brown has agreed to stay with the Company until June 30, 2023 to transition his duties and also be available to work on business development matters and other special projects. The Company thanks Mr. Brown for his 15 years of outstanding service to the Company and wishes him the best on his decision to retire from the Company.

As of the Effective Date, Mr. Richard M. Brooks, CEO of the Company, will fulfill Mr. Browns responsibilities.
