(c) Appointment of Officer
On April 26, 2007, the Board of Directors of Zumiez Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Richard M. Brooks, age 47, as the Company’s acting Chief Financial Officer until such time that a permanent or temporary replacement is named. Mr. Brooks is also the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and has served in that capacity since June 2000. Mr. Brooks served as the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from August 1993 through June 2000.
